At LIROZA HANDICRAFT WORKS, we specialize in personalized items prepared with care and delivered quickly across the UAE.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) are processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Business days: Sunday – Friday (excluding public holidays).

 

Handling Time (Processing Time)

All personalized items are prepared within 1 business day (24 hours).


During peak seasons or high order volume, handling time may extend to 2 business days.

Transit Time (Delivery Time)

After dispatch, delivery takes:

 

  • Next Day Delivery (1 business day) within major UAE cities

  • Up to 2 business days for other UAE areas

Total Delivery Time

Total estimated delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time


In most cases, customers receive their orders within 1–2 business days from the order date.

 

Shipping Cost

We currently offer Free Delivery across the UAE until further notice.


There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.
